Connections & The Little Surprises in Creating Jewelry

This class is designed for students who have completed three or more classes with Donna and are ready to deepen their design skills.

During this 7-week session, we will focus specifically on looking at our work in a different light.  This class will explore and discover those little details that set your work apart from someone else's. We will be looking at our pieces in 3 dimensions, treating the back and accent areas such as bails and other connections as a focal point for a hidden surprise. 

By moving away from basic, commercial jump rings, store-bought bails, or standard balled-up wires, you will learn to treat your connection points as structural and creative features. This class will provide the blueprint to ensure you look at your work from a different perspective and fresh eyes.
